My Mojo

I had lost my workout motivation. I spent 10 days in Mexico , then 2 weeks here, and could barely bring myself to do about 2 workouts a week. I don’t know why, but it was so easy to make so many excuses as to why I shouldn’t workout.



On Saturday I went to the Tony Horton book signing. We had an hour and a half workout with Tony live! It was so exciting. He is such a great motivator. Well that’s all it took for my workout mojo to come back. Well that and all of the coaches I saw with rockin’ hard bodies!



I started a new round of Insanity on Monday. I know I had said I would do a round of p90x, but the 45 min Insanity workouts just sound that much better. I plan on doing one of the p90x arm workouts once a week, for a little extra upper body workout.



I am so ready to see some real changes in my body. I’m excited to see what 60 days of Insanity and eating clean will bring.
